Refund and delivery policy

Customers can view up to three protected design previews before choosing a design and continuing to payment. Because final custom production begins after verified payment and is based on the selected preview and individual brief, completed custom work is generally not refundable merely because of a change of mind, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a technical failure prevents delivery, an order is duplicated or the amount is charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with the order number so the issue can be investigated.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing spelling, legal wording, ingredients, allergens, dimensions, bleed, barcode placement and printer specifications before commercial printing.
