Privacy notice

We collect the contact and design-brief information needed to verify design-preview requests, process orders, deliver design files and provide support. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.

To protect the free-preview service from abuse, the system stores one-way hashes derived from the submitted email address and visitor network address, together with rate-limit timestamps. The free-design service is protected using email verification, automated rate limits, network-based abuse controls and daily generation limits. The design workflow sends relevant brief information and image inputs to the configured design-generation provider.

We do not sell customer information. Order records may include your name, email address, brief, payment reference, preview files and generated final design files. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legal, fraud-prevention and accounting retention requirements.

This notice should be reviewed for POPIA and any international privacy obligations that apply to the markets you actively target.
